I was a bit weary about adding such a big piece of broth cube because I wasn't sure if broth cubes over there were the same consistency as here. I was afraid we would end up with chunks of the cube in our food but we didn't. I only used 1/3 of a cube and I left out the garlic because we don't eat anything from the onion family. My son and I had it for supper and we both thought it was something we would eat again. We had it with store-bought vegetable balls. I had the leftovers cold for lunch the next day and I liked them that way too.

Tuesday is for Tasting
